REFUSALS

Refused shipments will be subject to return freight charges and a 10% restocking fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please examine the contents carefully for any defects. We will only accept defective merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of your delivered order. Please return the merchandise to us along with a form clearly stating the name of your company and the reason for the return. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

For product with at least 6 months or more remaining prior to its expiration, it can be returned for 100% credit of the purchase price if it is returned in a saleable condition.  For product with remaining shelf life (expiration) ranging between 3 to 6 months, it can be returned for 50% credit if it is returned to us in a saleable condition.  For product with less than 3 months of shelf life, it can be returned for 25% credit of the purchase price.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are shipped within 3 days or sooner depending on weather, holidays, and high order volume. Delivery time is dependent upon UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are based on the quantity ordered.
